A ministry like OneWay has many moving parts. A strong Strategic Priorities Fund will position us to seize opportunities as they arise, opportunities with the potential to make a critical impact in reaching people for Christ. Most significant of all is having the ability to bring on gifted leaders who are able to increase our capacity and sustainability. 

Simply put, the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. We want to be in a position to resource strategic personnel needs that will increase our reach.
