Billions don't even know who Jesus is.

3.6 billion people live with little or no access to the gospel— few Christians, few churches, and little opportunity to hear about Jesus.

WHERE WE FOCUS

Few places have less access to hear about Jesus than the MENA region

*Statistics derived from Joshua Project
Map of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) highlighting countries with their names labeled. The map shows three statistics of evangelical Christianity presence in the region: 0.6% in MENA countries including Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Mauritania, Egypt, Sudan, Lebanon, Israel/Palestine, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Turkey, and Iran; 0.9% in Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Iran, and Pakistan; and 3% in United Arab Emirates, Oman, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Afghanistan.
WHY THIS MATTERS

Because Jesus changes everything.

Jesus changes people.

He forgives us, gives us new life, and changes how we live.

Pakistan
A diverse and resilient nation facing poverty, natural disasters, violence, and religious persecution.
Pakistan is home to one of the world's oldest civilizations and more than 70 languages, yet millions live in poverty amid terrorism, flooding, and ongoing conflict over Kashmir. More than 95 percent of the nation is Muslim, and the Christian minority of less than 2 percent faces discrimination and persecution from extremists, the government, and their own communities. Pray for Pakistani believers to persevere and for Muslims and terrorist groups to encounter Christ.

A historic crossroads of civilizations enduring Taliban oppression, deep poverty, and severe restrictions on women and religious minorities.
Once a vital crossroads of the Silk Road, Afghanistan has been plunged back into fear, poverty, and oppression under Taliban rule, with women and girls stripped of their most basic rights. Christians make up less than 0.1 percent of the population, and converting from Islam is punishable by death. Yet Afghanistan's Church is one of the fastest-growing in the world, as many Muslims, including Taliban fighters, turn to Jesus through dreams and visions.

Covered almost entirely by the Sahara, Mauritania is rich in natural resources but burdened by poverty, food insecurity, and the lingering practice of slavery. About 99 percent of the population is Sunni Muslim, public evangelism is heavily restricted, and Bibles cannot be printed in the country. Despite these barriers, a small group of believers and Christian workers continue to persevere and share the Gospel.

Since 2023, a brutal civil war has plunged Sudan into the world's largest displacement crisis, forcing 14 million people from their homes and leaving tens of millions in extreme hunger. Most Sudanese are Arab Sunni Muslims, and believers face strong persecution, especially in the Nuba Mountains. Once known as the "Happy Land" for its fertile mountains and coffee trade, Yemen has been torn apart by civil war, famine, disease, and militant groups since 2015. Nearly 100 percent of the population is Muslim, and it remains one of the least evangelized nations on earth and among the worst for Christian persecution. You may never meet them. You may never learn their name. But one day, someone in Afghanistan will tell the story of how they came to know Jesus, and your commitment can be part of it.
What does committing mean?

Someone’s story of saving faith in Jesus could begin with a commitment from you.

WHY MENA?

For 9 out of 10 people in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), the
Gospel is largely out of reach.

Millions live in communities with very few Christians, very few churches, and little opportunity to hear the Gospel clearly from someone they know.

So why is the Gospel still out of reach?

The challenge isn’t just distance. Too few Christians know, too little missions effort goes, and those who do care are often working separately.
AWARENESS

Too few know.

Many Christians are unaware that billions of people still have little access to the Gospel.
EFFORT

Too little goes.

Only a small share of global missions workers and resources is focused on unreached peoples.
UNITY

Too many alone.

Churches, ministries, and believers often pursue the same mission separately instead of working together.
