How much money would you be willing to pay if heaven had a cover charge?

How much would you pay for someone else?

Are these unfair questions?

What would Jesus’ answer be? For Him, money wasn’t enough.

We are a long way from the day when OneWay was started in a basement. And in that journey, I have come to see there are some really brutal questions that are worth asking, but that often aren’t asked. Here are some more…

  • Does return on investment matter when it comes to our giving to God?
  • Is it wrong to ask people for money to help reach people for Christ?
  •  Is rescuing people from eternal death really the highest priority? If so, is it just for a few of us, or all of us?
  •  If we really believe people without Jesus are condemned, why wouldn’t we do more?
  •  Is it bad to bring up hard topics since conventional wisdom says to keep it positive?
  •  Is it wrong to point out that our churches are seeing excruciatingly low numbers of people coming to Christ as Savior?
  •  Is it okay to admit that most all of us never really share the gospel with others?

So many questions, so many political landmines.

Yet today, just like yesterday, more than 130,000 people will pass into eternity who don’t know Jesus.

How can this not be far and away the highest priority, the greatest emergency in the world?

Why can’t we see this? Why is it so hard for us to awaken, even just through sheer logic to the fact that we believe that masses of people need Jesus, and it is our responsibility to help them know Him?

It is simple enough for a child to understand and for a grown-up to make complicated.

OneWay is a movement of people fixed on exalting Christ as SAVIOR. We are rallying people like you and me to reach people. We are directly engaging multitudes of lost people with the gospel.

And guess what? One of the most critical pieces in making it happen IS funding. The more funding comes in, the more workers can be sent, the more Bibles can be distributed, and the more leaders can be trained. The more funding comes, the more we can leverage media and the arts to inspire people to pray and take action.

This movement has seen extraordinary growth in the last two to three years. To propel it further –  to rally the church and to engage the lost – we are asking God to provide financially to help support this growth SO THAT MORE PEOPLE MAY BE SAVED. We invite you to join us.

Investing into gospel work: x # of dollars. Bringing someone to Heaven with us: PRICELESS.
